Belico Skin Nutritious 30+
This treatment is intended for 30+ people to improve their facial skin condition and is boosted with an efficient eye care. Belico Anti-Redness Effect
SOOTHING TREATMENT FOR COUPEROSE AND ROSACEA-PRONE SKIN
More and more women experience facial redness and visible, dilated capillaries, especially on the cheeks. The first symptom is usually temporary redness, which may initially last only a few hours but can later persist for several days. It commonly appears on the cheeks, around the nose, and on the chin. Over time, the redness remains longer and the capillaries may become inflamed. What begins as a cosmetic concern (couperose) can eventually develop into a medical condition (rosacea).
Thanks to gentle yet highly effective active ingredients, this treatment restores comfort to sensitive, redness-prone skin. What can you expect?
A wonderful facial treatment with carefully selected Belico products that are suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
The treatment is completed with a relaxing and soothing back massage. The latter is given side-lying with almond oil. A pregnancy pillow can be added for optimal comfort.
It is recommended to have the treatment done from 12 weeks of pregnancy until delivery.

Order of the treatments

Consultation
A facial should begin with a consultation. I will kindly ask you to fill out a form that has questions about your skin concerns, how much water you drink, drugs and supplements you take, and products you are currently using. This can affect your skin and what kind of treatments I will recommend.

Skin analysis
To check of the actual condition of your skin I’ll look at your skin through a brightly lit magnifying lamp. I’ll determining your basic skin type (dry, oily, combination, sensitive or normal) and skin conditions (acne, blackheads, whiteheads, ageing, sun-damage, dehydration, etc.) Then we choose the appropriate products and treatments what is the best for your skin.
Afterwards we discuss what I see and what I recommend to do as home treatment.

Cleansing
After wrapping your hair with a towel or headband, begin a facial with a thorough cleansing, using cotton pads, esthetician wipes or sponges.

Steam
During most facials I use a machine that directs a thin vapor of warm steam to your face. This is relaxing and helps softens up any blackheads and whiteheads to be extracted.

Exfoliation
Mechanical exfoliants have a gritty texture that rubs away the surface dead skin cells. This type of exfoliation usually happens during the steam. Chemical exfoliation uses enzymes and acids to loosen the bond between skin cells. A gentle enzyme treatment can be done during the steam.

Hydradermabrasion
Hydradermabrasion is indicated for the improvement in the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, congested and enlarged pores (e.g., blackheads), oily or acne-prone skin and hyperpigmentation (i.e. dark areas of the skin, such as brown age spots).

Extractions
This is the removal of blackheads or whiteheads if you want it and need it.

Facial massage
Using classic strokes like effleurage to both relax you and stimulate your skin and facial muscles.

Facial mask
Targeted to your skin type (dry, oily, combination, sensitive, mature) and condition. Helps to hydrate and calm dawn your skin. The final application is moisturizer according to your skin type and sunscreen if it’s daytime.
